1. Select your quantity and place your order.
2. Send your photos, names, colors, logos, and any special details you would like included in your design.
3. A custom design proof will be created and sent for your approval before production begins.
4. Once approved, your order will be created and prepared for delivery.

Custom designs are made to order. Standard processing time is 5–7 business days after design approval. Depending on the details of your order please allow 2-3 weeks before receiving your order. Ensure all photos and information are submitted promptly to avoid delays.

Please provide all photos, logos, names, colors, event details, and any special instructions you would like included in your design. For the best quality, please send clear, high-resolution images.

A digital proof will be sent for your approval before production begins. Please review all names, dates, colors, and details carefully. Production will begin after approval is received. Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee.

Need your order sooner? Rush service may be available depending on our current schedule and order size. Please contact Prestige Creations before placing a rush order. Additional fees may apply.

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, cancellations or changes must be requested before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
