Return & Refund Policy

Because Prestige Creations specializes in custom and personalized products, all sales are final once production has begun.

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing correct names, dates, photos, colors, wording, and other customization information.

When a design proof is provided, production will begin after approval. Once a design has been approved, changes may require an additional fee.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item due to an error by Prestige Creations, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made before design or production work begins. Once work has begun, the order may no longer qualify for cancellation or a full refund.
