How to Order

After placing your order, send the graduate’s photos, name, school colors, graduation year, and any special wording or design requests. We’ll use your details to create a custom paddle fan made especially for your celebration.

Processing Time

Custom graduation fan orders are made to order. Processing time may vary between 1-3 weeks depending on the details of your order. Please make sure all photos and information are submitted promptly to avoid delays.

What to Send

Please send clear photos, the graduate’s full name, school colors, graduation year, and any special wording or theme details you want included.

Design Approval

A proof will be provided for approval before the final order is completed. Please review all names, dates, photos, and wording carefully. Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because each memorial order is personalized, cancellations and refunds will not be granted once design work has started. Please review all order details carefully before submitting your information.
